Customer Service Administrator (Bilingual)

We’re growing!!  And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of a Bilingual Customer Service Administrator located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Job Description:

Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment?  In this role, as an integral component of the Skyline team, you would provide residential tenant customer service in English and French through follow up, research, and analysis of tenant inquiries and complaints while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What we look for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Willingness to take ownership of tenant concerns and take the appropriate steps to resolve.
  • Understanding of residential property management or real estate including knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Ontario & Quebec Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation.
  • Demonstrated tact and diplomacy with highly confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public.
  • Able to be diplomatic, but firm in response to aggressive behavior.
