Business Systems Manager

We’re growing!!  And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team as a Business Systems Manager located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Job Description

Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment?  In this exciting new position, you’d be responsible for how Skyline manages, organizes, stores and accesses its information by researching, analyzing, developing and maintaining software solutions that improve efficiency and support our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What we look for:

  • Strong understanding of financial software.  Experience in YARDI and related applications an asset.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles and how they relate to business systems.  You have got to love numbers!
  • Mid-level knowledge of mainstream software (e.g. MS Office, Windows).
  • Proficient in Internet related applications and web browsers including cloud and SAAS. Everything is on-line these days.
  • Ability to strategize, plan and implement change.
  • Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Post-secondary education in IT or Accounting or related degree/diploma and 3-5 years’ relevant workplace experience.
  • High school diploma required.
